On-Site Professional Staff
Tradition on Caplewood employs more on-site staff than other housing, even though our community features only about 50 units. We do so to provide our residents with faster and more efficient services. Any questions or concerns you may have regarding our apartments can be answered by our talented customer service team during regular business hours. For after-hours requests, we have community and maintenance assistants available 24/7 on-site.
Renter’s Insurance
Tradition on Caplewood does not include renter’s insurance in your individual lease nor is it a part of the building’s master insurance policy. For added protection, we recommend renter’s insurance to all of our residents to protect them in the event of an unlikely accident. This type of insurance is generally affordable with monthly and annual payment options available.
Furnishings
All of our three-bedroom apartments come fully furnished so you don’t have to worry about hiring professional movers. We also offer premium appliances with stainless steel finishes. Our bedrooms come with designer furnishings including a full-sized bed, desk, and dresser. Our living areas include leather couches and chairs, a coffee table, an end table, bar stools, and a flat-screen HD TV in an entertainment center.
On-Site Security
At Tradition on Caplewood, we understand that the well-being of your student is a top concern for you. That’s why our student community utilizes an electronic entry lock on the front door and for each individual bedroom.
Individual Leases
Worried about leasing jointly with roommates? Not a problem. Tradition on Caplewood offers individual leases by the bedroom so you never have to worry about your roommates paying late or defaulting on payments.

Are you looking for more control over how you are matched with roommates? Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. RoomSync offers an experience that supports a diverse and inclusive matching community through gender-inclusive tools.
